There is absolutely everything in nature that prompts a person to be healthy and happy! Yoga opens this knowledge for us, and gradually, step by step leads us out of the darkness to realization of ourselves and connection with the True Beginning.
Yoga of recovery 50+ is created especially for those who are just beginning to practice, or has any age-related problems, or other health issues. During the classes we ensure a moderate and gradual exercise load, as well as breathing exercises, simple dynamic exercises (vyayama) and static postures (asanas), which have a therapeutic effect in a number of diseases and heals the body as a whole.
