“Yoga for active people” is appropriate for people at any level of preparation because it is an optimum system for the daily practice of yoga.
Purposes of this program are: to increase stamina , to learn to breathe wittingly, to strengthen muscles, to develop flexibility and ability to preserve balance and harmony in life, as well as to remove obstructions that hamper free movement of the vital energies within the body.
