Smooth and flowing movements, deep asanas, that are aimed helping people who lead a sedentary lifestyle. Particular attention is paid to the neck, shoulder girdle, wrists, spine and of course the "fifth point".
Simple but effective complexes of asanas are designed in such a way as to neutralise the harmful effect of sedentary work on the muscles.
As a result of the classes, you will get your cheerfulness, flexibility and working capacity back; pain in the spine and joints will go away; vision and cerebral circulation  will improve; the back, neck and arms will stop swelling, and the shoulders will be straightened.
