Senior-yoga - is a yoga of wisdom. It is the physical, emotional and spiritual health in the middle and older age. Senior-yoga offers an opportunity to positively enter a maturity period on both physical and spiritual level. Physical balance helps to reach emotional balance, as well as clarity of perception and mind.
Few basic aspects of these classes: restoring hormonal balance, strengthening bones, relieve mood swings, fatigue and depression.
Yoga - therapy: in each class a clear goal is formulated, then the practice of asanas in therapeutic options and pranayama is chosen. For each problem, for every body "floor" an appropriate systems of breathing and asanas are used.

We offer eight thematic sessions per month:

1) Breathing;
2) Emotional balance;
3) Joints and spine;
4) Mediastinum organs;
5) Pelvic organs;
6) The strength of the musculoskeletal system;
7) Body Center (lumbosacral);
8) Universal Poses: great recreations.
